Yes — almost every piece we make can be built to your exact dimensions. Simply select "Custom" sizing when configuring your order, or call the workshop and we'll talk through what works for your space. There's no premium charge for sensible size variations.

Our standard range comes in Natural Pine, Antique Pine, Grey, White, and Eggshell White. All finishes are hand-applied and sealed. Custom colours and painted finishes are available on request — contact us to discuss.

Absolutely. We welcome visitors to the Warminster workshop by appointment. You can see our full display range, feel the quality of the timber, and talk through your requirements face-to-face. Call 01985 363145 to book a visit.

Yes. If you have something specific in mind that isn't in our standard range — a particular shape, configuration, or combination of pieces — our team can design and build it for you. Contact us with your brief and we'll come back with a quote.

We use solid pine as our primary material — FSC-certified, sustainably sourced, and selected by Stuart personally from trusted UK suppliers. For premium commissions we also work with solid oak and ash. We never use MDF, particleboard, or veneers.

Yes. All timber used in our workshop is FSC-certified, meaning it's sourced from forests managed to strict environmental, social, and economic standards. We're committed to responsible sourcing as a fundamental part of how we operate.

We use traditional mortise-and-tenon joints and dowel construction — the same joinery methods used in furniture making for centuries. Our pieces are designed to be repaired and restored, not thrown away. The 5-year structural guarantee backs that up.

Standard items from our range: 2–4 weeks. Bespoke or custom-sized pieces: 4–8 weeks. We'll give you a confirmed lead time at order, and contact you in advance to arrange delivery. Rush orders may be possible — call the workshop to discuss.

We use our own two-man delivery team — not a third-party courier. They'll bring the piece into your home, position it exactly where you want it, and remove all the packaging. No kerbside drops, no assembly required on your part.

Currently we deliver throughout mainland UK only, including Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands — please contact us and we'll see what we can arrange. We don't currently ship internationally.

Yes — free two-man white-glove delivery is included on all orders, anywhere in mainland UK. There are no hidden charges added at checkout.

Our guarantee covers structural failure — joints, frames, and fixing systems. If anything fails due to a manufacturing defect within 5 years of purchase, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you. The guarantee doesn't cover general wear, surface damage, or misuse.

Pine is a natural material that will develop a beautiful patina over time. Wipe down regularly with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For painted finishes, touch-up paint is available from us directly. We'll send a care guide with every order.

Because every piece is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind on bespoke or custom-sized items. Standard-range items in perfect condition can be returned within 14 days. If there's a manufacturing defect, we'll always put it right — full stop.

Damage in transit is extremely rare because we use our own delivery team with full control over handling. But if it happens, photograph the damage on delivery and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange repair or replacement as a priority.
